You can return or exchange your order by contacting us here.

You will then be contacted via WhatsApp or Telegram to provide us with a picture of the product showing the defect, if any, and a picture of the receipt.

If the exchange is due to a defect in the product, it will be exchanged free of charge.

In the case of a request for an exchange without any defect or error in the order, 40% of the order value will be deducted and the new product will be sent to you with the difference in price calculated, if any.

If you wish to return the item, you must provide us with your full name as it appears on your passport. 40% of the paid amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 14-21 days of the return request.

The returned item must be in its original condition, unused and resalable. Otherwise, the exchange or return cannot be completed.
